Natasha Jones

Natasha Jones is a customer service, communications, and technology leader with two decades of experience across public-sector organizations. Her career has centered on improving service delivery, optimizing customer communications, and implementing equitable, customer-focused technology solutions.

She served in communications and customer service roles for five King County Executives, most recently as Director of Customer Service, where she modernized the customer experience through CRM systems, cloud-based contact center platforms, and emerging technologies. 

A recognized leader in responsible technology adoption, Natasha champions the use of data analytics and AI-informed tools, while centering equity and transparency. She previously held communications roles with the City of Seattle Mayor’s Office and started her career as a TV journalist and producer. 

She has also held volunteer leadership roles as Board Chair and Alumni Board President for Seattle’s Lakeside School, and has presented on the intersection of government, technology, and customer service at regional and national conferences.
