Marianne Bichsel’s career spans the public and private sectors, advising mayors, governors, members of Congress, and corporate executives on communications, public policy, and coalition building.

As Vice President of External Affairs for Comcast, she led community impact, government relations, and communications. She transformed the company’s community investment, communications, and outreach strategies to strengthen its brand and advocacy capacity.

Julie Anderson is recognized for her steady leadership during critical times for public trust and institutional credibility. Her extensive career includes roles in elected office, state government, nonprofit leadership, and business advocacy, all focused on ethical governance and coalition building.

With over a decade as a countywide elected executive in Pierce County, Julie oversaw elections, records, and significant public budgets while implementing reforms in transparency and technology.

Natasha Jones is a customer service, communications, and technology leader with two decades of experience across public-sector organizations. Her career has centered on improving service delivery, optimizing customer communications, and implementing equitable, customer-focused technology solutions.

She served in communications and customer service roles for five King County Executives, most recently as Director of Customer Service, where she modernized the customer experience through CRM systems, cloud-based contact center platforms, and emerging technologies.
